Despite being in a quiet secluded spot the drive leads down to the A496 making it easy to locate and provides easy access to the road systems for the coast or mountains. Also the X94 Arriva buses – Barmouth to Wrexham - pass regularly on a daily basis.

The original house was built in the mid 1930’s and many of the original features still remain, such as the Victorian style mosaic tiled flooring in the hallway, the authentic fire place in the dinning room and many wooden features remain unchanged – the accommodation has been tastefully decorated in keeping with the character of the house.

The accommodation has two en-suite bedrooms, one family room with a double bed and two single beds, the other a ground floor double room which is ideal for partially disabled guests. The rooms have tea/coffee facilities, colour t.v, heating, hairdryers, and ironing facilities, both rooms have spectacular views of the mountainous landscapes and meandering river.
